Patonga Caravan Park is an amazing little gem of a camp spot which is nestled away on the peninsula and is just the spot you want to be at to unwind. Patonga Caravan Park is just 90 minutes from Sydney and offers million dollar views, a lake that is so stunning it’s calling your name.

Most people stumble on this little gem and like the rest you will never looked back. The best time to book is in the low or shoulder season, however if you have young kids the best time to book is in school holidays.

The kids jump out of bed, on their bikes and you only see them when they’re hungry. You get to enjoy to sun, surf or just relax around the lake. A short stroll down the road has a tavern, the best fish & chips shop ever & general / post office store. Great for fishing. Just an amazing family spot.

Only a pub and a restaurant is in the little town and they serve great meal specials on Thursday nights at the pub. The park is situated at the mouth of the ocean meeting the river. What a great place. Amenities are lovely and clean. Gets busy on weekends. Great for kayaking and our little dinghy.
