Camping On Mt Tamborine is a beautiful experience and the place to do it is oddly named Tamborine Caravan and Camping, it in the tourist area that is located just off Tamborine Mountain Road.

The site itself contains several  activities including horse riding and Thunder egg mining. All of these activities are within walking distances of campers, along with tennis, basketball and volleyball courts.

Tamborine Mountain Caravan and Camping Park is only minutes from Tamborine Mountain “Gallery Walk” with its many attractions, National Parks, craft shops and art galleries, cafes and restaurants and wineries.A freshwater creek is within walking distance of the caravan park and it has many swimming holes, a great place to cool down on a hot day. Open fires are allowed (in the designated areas), you can bring your own wood, collect fallen branches or purchase wood from the shop.

All sites at Tamborine Mountain Caravan and Camping are very large and set at all sorts of angles – something to please everyone.

Onsite safari style camping is now available so why not take the hassle out of your camping experience. Minimum 2 night stay, sorry NO PETS allowed, sleeps a family of 4. Air-conditioned, includes queen bed + 2 single foldout beds. Inside kitchen with microwave – cooking and eating utensils supplied, outdoor table and chairs. Roll out BBQ and enclosed awning with deluxe package.
