CMC Rocks Camping – Australia’s premiere country and roots festival, CMC ROCKS QLD, today reveals an epic artist lineup for it’s 2018 event, which is set to return to Willowbank, Ipswich from Thursday 15* – Sunday 18 March.
The most anticipated event on the country music calendar, and following this year’s phenomenal sell-out 10th Anniversary event, CMC Rocks once again delivers a second-to-none lineup jam-packed with the biggest and best local and international artists the genre has to offer.

camp site parking*THERE IS A STRICT POLICY OF ONE VEHICLE PER CAMPING SPOT*If you are arriving in a vehicle that does not have a bar-coded Camping Vehicle Pass you must proceed directly to the Overflow Carpark. You’ll be required to park and unload your vehicle and a shuttle service will be provided to transport you and your belongings to the Camp Site. Check the Festival website for shuttle operating hours. You will not be permitted to enter the Camp Site to unload and then park your car. ALCOHOL AT CAMP SITE*THE CAMP SITE IS STRICTLY AN ALCOHOL FREE ZONE*All vehicles entering the Camp Site may be searched and any alcohol found will be confiscated and not returned and the offending patron(s) ejected from the Festival Site and Camp Site for the remainder of the Festival.

Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to any persons. Any persons found to be in possession of Prohibited Items will have those Prohibited Items confiscated and they will not be returned. Any persons found to be in possession of illegal substances or participating in illegal activities will be removed from Festival Site / Camp Site and may be referred to the police. You are responsible for checking all Festival information and ensuring you have purchased the correct Camping Tickets and Festival Tickets for the Festival. No refunds will be processed if you make an error in connection with your ticket purchase. Be sure to check the Festival website http://www.cmcrocks.com for other entry guidelines.
Camping Tickets (Wristbands)To enter the Camp Site each person needs a 3 Day Festival & Camping Wristband. If you only have a Festival Ticket (1 Day, 2 Day or 3 Day) you will not be allowed to enter the Camp Site for any reason whatsoever. Your 3 Day Festival & Camping Wristband must be worn at all times on the Camp Site – failure to do so may result in your eviction from the Camp Site. Wristbands that are removed or tampered with will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced. Damaged or defaced Wristbands will not be accepted.
FESTVIAL AND CAMPING SCHEDULE

CAMPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS IMPORTANT All of the terms and conditions that apply to the Festival itself (including those provided to you when you purchase a Festival Ticket or as shown on the Festival website or at the Festival Site) also apply to the Camp Site. These Camping Terms and Conditions are in addition to and must be read in conjunction with the Festival T+Cs.Vehicle MovementAs the Camp Site has increased in size for 2018, to avoid traffic congestion and ensure the safety of all camping patrons, vehicles brought into the Camp Site (including the Overflow Car Park) are not permitted to leave the Camp Site (or Overflow Car Park) under any circumstances until the Approved Departure Time. All vehicles brought onto the Camp Site (or the Overflow Car Park) must remain parked at the designated Camp Spot or Overflow Carpark spot until the Approved Departure Time. Vehicles are not permitted to be driven around the Camp Site for any reason (this includes ferrying passengers between entry gates and the designated Camping Spot or the Overflow Carpark spot). Approved Departure Time means either of the following: 10:00pm (AEST) on Sunday 18 March 2018 – 1:00am (AEST) on Monday 19 March 2018 Breach of this condition may result in your eviction from the Festival Site / Camp Site for the remainder of the Festival. If you are evicted for breach of this condition you will not be entitled to any refund for your Festival Ticket or Camping Ticket. CMC Awards and Vehicle MovementIf you are attending the CMC Awards on Thursday you will be permitted to enter the camp site to unpack and then leave to go to the Awards and return. You will however need to show the Camping Marshalls your CMC Awards ticket on departure and return to the Camp Site. Camping gates will close at 11.00pm on Thursday night. If you arrive after this time you will not permitted to re-enter the campgrounds.
Camp Site PassesOnly one (1) Camp Site Pass is issued for each Camping Spot purchased. For entry into the Camping Site each vehicle must have a separate Camp Site Pass. Additional vehicles will require an Overflow Carpark Pass for the Overflow Carpark (these can be purchased online).
Arriving at the Campgrounds – Thursday 15 MarchAll vehicles arriving at the Camping Site on Thursday must enter via Coopers or Goebels Road (map attached). Once at the main Camp Site gates you will be directed by marshals to either Paddock A, Paddock B or Paddock C. Only one vehicle per Camping Spot is allowed to drive directly to the Camping Spot. Extra vehicles for the same Camping Spot will be directed straight to the Overflow Carpark. A shuttle service will be provided to transport you and your belongings from the Overflow Carpark to your Camping Spot. In 2018, the Overflow Carpark for all Camping Spots will be located in Paddock A at the back of that Paddock. You will still enter via the main Camping Site gates off Payne Road to access this the Overflow Carpark. Entry to the Camping Site on Thursday 15 March is: Open: 9:00am (AEST) No entry is permitted into Camp Site outside these hours.
